Hey Reader,

Besides our parents, siblings and those rare childhood friends who stay in our lives for the long haul -- two of our longest relationships are actually with work and money.

Here's what I mean...

Most people get their first job in high school (some earlier, some later) and continue working into their 60s, 70s, 80s (my grandma retired at 89 believe it or not!) and typically spend 40+ hours/week most week of the year working.

And from around the same time until we are no longer on this Earth, we're in relationship with money. Making it. Spending it. Saving it.

For most of us, our relationship with work and money is defined by the stories we grew up with at home, from our religion or society.

And just like any other relationship in our life, we get to choose how we want to be in relationship and the relationship gets to evolve over time.

Part of the reason I created Sacred CEO is because I want to be in an active relationship with my work and money and be around other people who are curious about this too.

If I'm going to have a job, can it be one that feels fulfilling and lights me up?

Where I get to share my gifts?

Where I get to learn and grow along the way?

And when it no longer feels aligned, can I give myself permission to shift and try something new?

Can I relate to money as a neutral energy that likes to flow?

Can I practice feeling abundant in all areas of my life?

Can I feel at harmony with making money, even in a capitalistic system that often doesn't resonate with me?

When Sacred CEO kicked off in February, I initially opened the program for entrepreneurs or people who wanted to start a business. But over the last few months of actually running the program, I can see that this space is ready to expand.

Because whether you have your own business, work for someone else, or share your gifts with those around you in an unpaid way (stay at home parent, caregiver, retired), ALL of us are in relationship to our work/service/gifts and to money.

Part of the magic of Sacred CEO is our live weekly calls where for 60-90 minutes a week, we each have the space to connect to our own inner wisdom and relate to our work, our gifts, and our relationship with money in a new way. Bringing the New Business Paradigm into our lives and writing our own rules for how we approach our work.
