(Quick reminder: enrollment for Sacred CEO closes tonight at 7pm EST! If you're planning to join us, click here to enroll) ~ Hey Reader, I'm going to be honest... I'm not that into politics and have not been following the upcoming election closely. But on Thursday morning, someone's Instagram Story about the debates caught my attention and I found myself 20 minutes down the Instagram rabbit hole catching up on the election. I saw that RFK wasn't participating in the CNN debate but was actually organizing his own live broadcast debate where he was going to answer the same questions alongside the other candidates. I wasn’t planning on watching the debate but as 9pm approached, I decided to tune into RFKs debate and ended up watching the whole thing. When I logged in, there were around 400K viewers and by the end there were over 5 million. There were two things that really stood out to me and inspired me about RFK's self created debate... His communication style Compared to the other two candidates who sounds more like kids in a fight screaming “You’re the worst” “No, you’re the worst!” for most of the debate... RFK actually answered the questions and made a lot of subtle comments that really set him apart. He focused on language that would unify the people, referred to Americans a few times as a "compassionate people" and talked about future generations. It was very refreshing to see him be true to himself and his message rather than adjust to "play the game" the way the others were playing. He built his own stage It would have been so easy to find out that he did't qualify for the CNN debate, feel defeated and stand back. But instead, he literally created his own debate. He showed up and went all in on sharing his message and what his campaign stands for. He picked himself. I can’t help but draw connections for how this relates to how we show up for our work. There are many times we don’t get "picked." Maybe no one wants to hire you. Or you're worried that people won't understand your message - maybe it's too "out there" or too of the future... so you don't say what you really want to say. You don't launch the business you've been wanting to. You don't create the offer that's the most you. "To create a new world, we must first create a new dream." - John Perkins Regardless of if RFK has a chance in November or not, he is planting the seeds of a new dream - a new way of campaigning, a new way of sharing a message, a new way of creating your own platform outside of the traditional system that exists. So if you’ve been wanting to start your own business, go much bigger in your current business, try something different, or take a whole new direction in your line of work but fear has been holding you back… Fear of being judged Fear of people not getting it Fear of no one hiring you Fear of no one showing up Here is your invitation to do it anyway. You get to be brave. You get to do the thing. You get to build your own stage. You get to go all in on you. If you want to do it with me and our awesome and inspiring community, I'd love to support you inside of Sacred CEO. Enrollment for Sacred CEO closes tonight at 7pm EST and we begin on Tuesday. Hi Reader, Last summer, I joined a 3-month sacred feminine mastermind for entrepreneurs and professional women. Right after July 4th weekend, I drove up to Massachusetts for our 5-day in person retreat ready to unlock the next level of business and get clear on my next steps in life (I had just moved back to the US after living in Ecuador for 3 years). During one of the afternoon sessions, the facilitator, Sarah, said to me: “Just put your program [Sacred CEO] down while you’re here. Imagine...

Here's what I mean... Most people get their first job in high school (some earlier, some later) and continue working into their 60s, 70s, 80s (my grandma retired at 89 believe it or not!) and typically spend 40+ hours/week most week of the...
